Naturopathic Holistic Health Services

Naturopathic medicine is a holistic & complete system of health care.

Utilising practitioner only & potent nutraceuticals, herbal medicine & tailoring your diet based on your personal needs.

Based on the 6 principles of naturopathy.

1. The Healing Power of Nature

2. Identify and Treat the Cause

3. First Do No Harm

4. Doctor as Teacher - Patient Education

5. Treat the Whole Person

6. Prevention

And pinned by the latest scientific evidence, naturopathy is both an art & science.

Nutritional medicine is a holistic approach to the

interactions of both nutrition and

environment on human health.

Our entire body is controlled and/or influenced

by vitamins, minerals & phytonutrients.

When deficiencies occur this leads to a domino

effect causing disease & degeneration and

a vicious cycle of life impacting

symptoms & poor health.

We look at the whole person and provide

personalised, holistic. evidence-based

dietary plans based on genetic, biochemical &

lifestyle needs.

We also prescribe high quality nutraceauticals,

practitioner only supplements & nutritional

compounding to address the underlying

causes of a range of health issues & restore the

body back to optimal nutritional status.

Herbal Medicine is the oldest and most widely used

system of medicine in the world today.

It involves the medicinal use of plants to treat the

underlying causes of disease and enhance body

processes and  general health & wellbeing.

Plants contain a potent amount of phytochemicals that help modify and improve our bodies physiology by

interacting with our own chemical messengers,

naturally restoring the body systems back to harmony.

We utilise high grade practitioner only liquid

herbal tinctures, tablets & teas, personalised to your

health needs.

Herbal Medicine is a powerful health tool that should

only be prescribed by a qualified practitioner.
