What does being a Nourished Woman mean to you?

 

When I first started out on this journey of personal growth, I felt lost and confused and, at times, alone. There wasn't anyone around me who was having the conversations I wanted to have about the changes I could feel happening inside of me, and how I wanted to care for myself in a different way to how I had been. 

I couldn't stop the changes that were happening, and so I had to go it alone and found my learnings, teachers and mentors along the way.

The Nourished Woman Collective is all of the things I wish I had been able to learn and talk about back then, with a focus on the real-way we learn and integrate - slowly, with practice and patience and a whole lot of self-love.

 

15 years ago I only had a strange and unfamiliar belief that I was being led to believe in something greater than what I could see in front of me. It has been a long and challenging at times path of moving between the old ways of doing things and learning new ways of thinking, speaking, caring for my body and my mind.

Over that time I left my corporate job, retrained as a Naturopath and Nutritionist and then I kept learning - mindset, communication, language and self-talk, somatic practices through embodiment work. I dove all the way into the deep end to learn what it means to be ME, and Nourished Woman is a collective of learnings, teachings and coaching for you to do the same.

I want to show you how to release what is holding you back and awaken your heart as you explore self-connection to embody your truest self.

We need never to do this work alone, which is why this is a collective that is built on community - we work on ourselves, we share with each other and we grow together.
This is the magic recipe to receiving, to having and to be-ing.

Nourished Woman is for you if:
 

  • You are the women who wants to take action, be confident, feel calm and have better connections and conversations but you doesn't know how.

  • You find yourself saying "I will start (again) tomorrow", can't make sense of why you keep repeating the same patterns and want a safe space for accountability and action taking that feels great.

  • You want to learn more about feminine embodiment and how to be more comfortable in your body.

  • You have a curiousity about awakening, personal exploration and holistic health.

  • You hear the word 'being' and wonder what that means, or even how to 'BE'?

  • You want to feel more confident and let life feel more in 'flow' with your decisions and choices.

  • You want to be the woman who knows what she wants, how to communicate your needs, set boundaries with grace and ease and feel light, fun and present as you are doing it.

Each month the Nourished Woman Collective has a new theme and is designed to nourish your body, clear your mind, activate your worthiness and connection to your body and explore what happens in your inner and outer world when you feel nourished in mind, body and soul.

Meet Carissa

Carissa is a women's whole health mentor with practitioner qualifications as naturopath, nutritionist, master neuro- linguistic programming (NLP) and feminine embodiment coaching (to name a few). She is deeply passionate about holding space for women to connect to themselves so they feel calm, confident and capable. She believes that every women has the right to body (and mind) sovereignty, worthiness and discovering what life feels like when women learn how to care for themselves with radical self-love, compassion and care.

So many women just want to feel good in their body, they want to know what to eat, how to feel better, how to have better, stronger, more open relationships, and how to bring more inner peace, presence and boundaries in to create the life you really want to have.

 

Each month we will explore a topic that gives you the opportunity to get to know yourself in a new way. So if you want to open up to more love, compassion and understanding (for yourself and others), to gain more clarity, confidence and calm from the inside out, and nourish yourself with holistic health and wholefoods, Nourished Woman Collective is for you!

Relationships

Learning about self-love through self-care, mindfulness, and nourishing foods can have a profound impact on our relationships. When we feel great from the inside out, we radiate positivity and attract healthier relationships. 

Boundaries

Setting boundaries is an important act of self-care and love for others. It helps us find our voice and bring more inner peace. Whether we already have boundaries or need to learn how to set them, it's a powerful step in our personal growth. 

Radical Self-love

You are worthy of love, both giving and receiving it. Radical self-love means prioritising your own wellbeing and making choices that benefit not only yourself but those around you as well. It's not selfish to take care of yourself and show yourself the loving kindness.

A nourished woman knows that her mindset, her health, her self-care and the foundations for a rich and prosperous life.

Mindset

Inner work is a powerful tool for personal growth and development. Through journaling and reframing our thoughts, we can gain clarity and make better decisions. By taking the time to focus our mindset, we can create a more fulfilling and purposeful life.

Deeper Clarity

Are you feeling lost or overwhelmed? Do you have trouble making decisions? Our processes and coaching support can assist you in trusting yourself and making decisions more confidently and with ease.

Learn & Integrate

Great content is only valuable if we put it into practice. That's why we focus on one theme per month, giving you the time space to integrate what you're learning. This is when real change can happen.

Being in community is powerful, we grow through vulnerability, authenticity and connection with our truest self in a safe space that encourages curiosity and exploration.

Ritual & Ceremony

Ritual can be as simple as taking time to make a pot of tea. Our ritual practices are designed to help you feel more connected to your body, and be calmer and more present. By incorporating these practices into your regular self-care routine you create an intentional and fulfilling life.
 

Embodiment

Embodiment work is a powerful tool that can help us achieve a sense of wholeness and wellbeing. By focusing on the body and its sensations, we can feel safer, calmer, and more capable. This somatic approach to health can be incredibly nourishing and transformative.
 

Community
